In medical terms, heat stroke is called heat stroke when body temperature exceeds 105 degrees Fahrenheit in extreme hot weather.


This disease is likely to occur in humans from April to July in our country.


Symptoms of heat stroke:

1. Skin becomes dry and red before heat stroke. The muscles of the body ache, the body feels weak and feels very thirsty. Rapid breathing, headache, dizziness, nausea, incoherent behavior etc. occur. Stopping sweating is one of the symptoms of heat stroke.

2) During heat stroke the pulse becomes very weak and rapid.

3) Blood pressure drops abnormally before heat stroke.

4) Body temperature rises to abnormal levels. During this time the body temperature can reach 105 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.

5) Due to increase in body temperature during this time, the amount of urine decreases a lot.

6) Patient goes into shock. May even faint.


Ways or remedies to avoid heat stroke:

A few precautions can be taken to avoid the danger of heat stroke during hot summer days.

1) Wear light, loose clothing. Clothes should be white or light colored. Cotton cloth is better.

2) Stay indoors or in shaded areas as much as possible.

3) Use hat, cap or umbrella when going outside.

4) Those who work outside, they can use an umbrella or something like cloth to cover their head.

5) Both water and salt come out with sweat in summer. So along with water, salty drinks such as food saline, fruit juice, sherbet etc. should also be drunk. If necessary, consult a doctor.
